What is the return process?
We want the return process to be as easy as possible, that's why we built this automated page. If you do choose to return your device, you won't have to email in to support and deal with a person. You can just fill out this form and a return label (or return instructions if not in the US) will be automatically sent to you.
Repairs: Please use comma.ai/support to open a repair ticket.
What is the return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from the comma shop for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.
Refunds are processed 2-5 business days after your package is delivered to us. Once we have processed the return, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel orders of customers that have made returns within 6 months of their newest purchase.
For those that return a device while having multiple orders with an eligible return window, we will refund you the lowest price you paid for all eligible devices. If all open orders are returned, a complete refund will be made.
Damaged devices: we process all returned devices as refunds and subtract the cost of severe damage from the return.
Used mounts are not required to be sent back with device returns.
